Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace and in our Communities
Professional Women’s Roundtable (PWR), a non-profit organization providing networking, leadership and educational opportunities to emerging women business leaders in the Greater Philadelphia region, will host an event to explore the diversity and inclusion trends that are steadily pushing on the seams of many organizations.
Through an engaging keynote presentation and interactive panel, the event will address strategies for including and supporting various underrepresented groups – and challenging the status quo in a way that produces an attractive work culture.
The event will take place on Thursday, February 25 from 6-8pm at The Hub Center in Conshohocken. A keynote presentation will be delivered by Kelley Cornish, Director of Diversity & Inclusion for AmeriHealth Caritas Family of Companies. This will be followed by a panel discussion moderated by Delphia Howze, Manager for Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate HR at Penske Truck Leasing.
Panelists will discuss strategies for making workplaces and communities more forward-thinking and fostering an inclusive environment. Panelists include Mireille Cottle, Vice President of HR – Talent Management at Marriott International; Elizabeth Moore, Manager of Inclusions & Workforce Initiatives at Wawa; and DeVon Jackson, Assistant Director of Student Engagement & Cultural Development at Villanova.
Registration details are available via the PWR website.
